Site Preparation and Clearance:
Initially, the site consisted of a small grassy area enclosed by a weathered wooden fence. Our team began by dismantling and removing the fence to open up the space, ensuring a seamless extension to the existing driveway. The old turf and topsoil were excavated to the appropriate depth to accommodate the new resin-bound surface.

Foundation Work:
A solid base is crucial for the durability of a resin-bound surface. We installed a compacted hardcore sub-base followed by a layer of tarmac, which serves as a stable foundation for the resin-bound material. This ensures the surface can withstand the weight of vehicles and resist cracking over time.

Installation of Resin-Bound Surface:
The driveway was finished with a premium resin-bound aggregate in a light granite color, chosen to complement the red brick exterior of the property. The resin-bound material is both porous and durable, offering excellent drainage while maintaining a smooth, non-slip surface. Edges were bordered with precision to create clean, straight lines that frame the driveway beautifully.

Bespoke Brick Steps:
A standout feature of this project is the custom-designed brick steps leading to the front door. These were carefully constructed with high-quality bricks and black brick caps, creating a striking contrast against the resin driveway. Each step was measured and laid with precision to ensure safety, durability, and an elegant appearance.

Finishing Touches:
The project was completed with meticulous attention to detail. The driveway was cleaned, and all construction debris was removed to leave the property in pristine condition.
