The existing tarmac driveways and garden areas had become worn and outdated, so we designed a fresh new layout that delivered both practicality and style. The result? Full Ground Preparation & Excavation:
We began by removing the old tarmac, concrete pathways, and overgrown lawns from both properties. The entire area was excavated and levelled to prepare for a solid and long-lasting installation.Sub-Base & Foundation:
A robust MOT Type 1 sub-base was laid and mechanically compacted to ensure a stable foundation for the paving and lawn areas. Proper drainage measures were also implemented to prevent future water build-up.Double Block Paved Driveway Installation:
Matching charcoal block paving was laid for both households in a stylish herringbone pattern. The driveways were finished with a contrasting charcoal border in a soldier course layout, delivering clean lines and added definition.Artificial Lawn Fitting:
One front garden was transformed with high-quality artificial grass, offering a clean, vibrant, and maintenance-free green space that complements the driveway perfectly.Composite Fencing Installation:
To separate the two properties while maintaining the modern look, we installed composite fencing in a contemporary grey finish. This fencing is not only attractive but also weather-resistant and maintenance-free.
